Noordzeekust

De kust blijft altijd trekken als fotografielocatie. Zeker na de zomer als de rust er weer terugkeert. De jonge zilvermeeuwen wilden deze keer goed meewerken zodat ik ze met een flinke groothoek (20 mm) weer eens anders in beeld kon zetten. Ook het aangespoelde zeewier was een leuk motief, waar wederom de groothoek op losgelaten werd. Langs de vloedlijn lopen scholeksters en het duurde even voordat die op de juiste plaats liepen.

Canon 7D met 10-20mm

The coast is always attractive as a photography location. Especially after the summer when tranquility returs. The young herring gulls were cooperating very well this time so I could photograph them with a large angle (20 mm) to make an original photo. The washed up seaweed was another nice motif. Again I used the wide angel. Along the shoreline there were walking some oystercatchers and it took a while before they stood in the right place.

Lescheraines France

De zomervakentie voerde ons dit jaar naar de franse Alpen in de buurt van Annecy. Vooral met de landschappen en het macrowerk kon ik mij prima vermaken. In de buurt van de camping waren veel hagedissen en slangen te vinden. Ook bevonden zich rond de camping verschillende meertjes. In combinatie met de ochtendmist of met de ondergaande zon zorgde deze meertjes voor mooie onderwerpen. Met zulke onderwerpen in de buurt is het wachten op de juiste lichtomstandigheden om leuke foto's te maken. Canon 7D met 10-20mm voor landschappen en 100mm macro voor de macro opnamen. In the vicinity of the camp were many lizards and snakes. Also there were several lakes around the campsite.
